Bright, vivacious, refreshing -- this coffee has delightful impact on the palate. It is elegant and complex with a very long lasting flavour. While remaining pleasant enough with milk, the complexity and brightness are diminished.

This coffee is pulped and dried using the honey method, a specific process that provides a creamy and thick velvety body with a distinctive nutty aftertaste.

What the judges had to say.
"A bright, fruity aroma with some richness, as of chocolate. It is a little more low-noted on the aroma in the cup, but bright citrus acidity is evident from the first sip. Perhaps mandarin, perhaps more lemon, but it's juicy, with some sweetness. It's an absolutely spot-on description - citrus and sweetness linger in a concentrated manner on the front of the tongue and it is bright yet gentle on the finish, with no harshness. Simple, singular, pointed in effect - but very well achieved."
Like us, all of the energy consumed by the farm is 100% renewable energy harvested on the farm. The green energy is harvested from a natural water stream with a special turbine, known as a Pelton Wheel.
